    Hey,
You speak of banks not following the trend and offering ‘no-quibble’ refunds, i’m a member of Llyods myself and am looking to hopefully re-claim my ppi. I was wondering if you had any helpful information for myself so as to get my claim up and running.
    Many thanks.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately Lloyds TSB are one of the few banks that are making it slightly more difficult to re-claim your PPI than most.
That doesn’t mean to say you won’t be able to get your PPI back, it just means that it will take slightly longer to get your money back.

You have two options Mr Murphy, You can either do the claim yourself by writing a letter to the bank explaining the reasons why you believe you have been mis sold.

The other option is that you could use a ‘claims management company’ – These companies usually do the claim for you on a no-win no-fee basis but take a payment from the money you get back. They have high success rates and don’t usually take your claim on unless they think they can win it.

I can’t advise you on which would be the better option as I haven’t decided which option I’m doing myself.

    I hope this helps! :)

    Thanks,

    Nathan
